Employee-Driven Survey Earns Company Top Honor as Best Place to Work for Internet Services in 2015
NEW YORK, NY (June 2, 2016) —The Business Intelligence Group today announced that it has awarded PulsePoint, a global programmatic advertising platform, as one of their Best Places to Work in their inaugural business award contest. The organization identified leading companies that are actively working to improve their own performance through efforts to challenge employees in environments that make work fun and engaging.
Researchers, including Gallup, have determined that employee satisfaction and engagement are key indicators for employee productivity and customer satisfaction, which ultimately results in improved profitability and growth.
Nominations for the Best Places to Work award were submitted to the Business Intelligence Group in April. Current and former PulsePoint employees were then asked to rate the company online for overall satisfaction and performance.
“Congratulations to the entire team for making employee satisfaction and performance a priority at PulsePoint,” said Russ Fordyce, managing director of the Business Intelligence Group. “Employees have voted and provided clear evidence that this is a special company, one where executive leadership and management focuses on making work more than just work!”
“Nothing means more to us at PulsePoint than our team members. Our business thrives through the incredible work that our dedicated team creates. We invest a lot of focus and resources into making PulsePoint a great place for our team to accomplish personal professional goals and impact our business,” said Sloan Gaon, CEO at PulsePoint. “Knowing that our employees were the driving force behind PulsePoint being named as one of Best Intelligence’s Best Places to Work, is an outstanding accomplishment.”
“We have made a strong effort to construct a unique and innovative environment that encourages growth and enhances creativity. We take great pride in the talent we retain and the initiatives we have introduced to ensure all team members are heard. Every voice matters here at PulsePoint,” said Tom Morselli, SVP of People Operations.
PulsePoint continues to set the innovation bar high for the advertising industry by rolling out end-to-end programmatic ad solutions. The company has seen a 1068% growth in revenue and has been profitable for the past three years. In addition, PulsePoint has been named Inc. Magazine Best Workplace and was ranked in the top 500 of “America’s Fastest Growing Private Companies” on Inc. 5000 and ranked #84 on the “Fastest Growing Company in North America” on Deloitte’s 2015 Technology Fast 500™ in the last year.
